Built to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Some orders may take up to 30 days.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or cash refunds. Every order is built to order for your vehicle, so please double-check your year, make, model, and options before you buy.
Store credit. Where we agree it is appropriate, we can offer store credit. Store credit is issued only after the item has been returned to us and received. Contact us first for approval and return instructions. Do not send anything back without contacting us.
Wrong cluster. If the cluster you received is not the correct one for your order, contact us and we will swap it for the right one.
Damaged or broken items. We are not responsible for clusters that arrive broken or damaged in transit. We recommend inspecting your package on delivery and contacting the carrier if it is visibly damaged.
Before you file a dispute. Please contact us before filing a chargeback or a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you to resolve the problem, including through a swap or store credit where applicable.
