Built to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Some orders may take up to 30 days. This is because we source each cluster before we build it. For a faster turnaround, you can send in your own cluster for a rebuild. We will contact you if there is a delay.
Where we ship. We ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping cost. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Carrier and tracking. We ship via USPS. A tracking number is emailed to you once your label is created. Tracking may show "label created" for a day or more before the carrier scans the package.
Your shipping address. You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us right away, before your order ships.
Delivered packages. Once tracking shows an order as delivered, it is considered delivered. If you cannot find your package, check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.
