📄 2Step Clusters – Processing, Shipping & Service Policy
🔧 Custom Orders & Processing Time
All products and services offered by 2Step Clusters are custom-made and built to order. Each order requires processing time for parts sourcing, custom assembly, testing, calibration, and programming.
Processing time is estimated at 7–30 business days and may vary depending on parts availability, order complexity, and current workload. Processing time begins once payment has been successfully received.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
📦 Shipping
Shipping occurs only after processing and custom work are completed. Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by 2Step Clusters. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping provider.
🧩 Parts & Supply
Some custom builds require components sourced from third-party suppliers. Part procurement is a normal and expected part of the processing timeline. Delays related to supplier availability are considered part of the disclosed processing period.
🔄 Order Updates & Communication
Orders are actively worked on throughout the processing period. Customers may receive updates as their order progresses; however, the absence of frequent updates does not indicate an issue with the order.
Customers are welcome to contact us for status inquiries at any time.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled only before work has begun.
Once parts have been ordered, programming has started, or labor has been performed, the order becomes non-refundable due to the custom nature of the service.
Refunds will not be issued for delays that fall within the stated processing timeframe.

🏛️ Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly with any concerns prior to filing a dispute. Orders fulfilled in accordance with this policy, including disclosed processing times and custom work, are considered valid and properly handled transactions.
