📄 Terms & Conditions – 2Step Clusters

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with 2Step Clusters, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Nature of Services

2Step Clusters specializes in custom automotive electronic services, including but not limited to instrument cluster repair, rebuilding, programming, LED upgrades, and customization.

All services and products are custom-made and built to order based on customer specifications.

3. Orders & Authorization

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

They have authorized the transaction
The provided billing and shipping information is accurate
They understand the custom nature of the service

All payments must be successfully authorized before processing begins.

4. Processing Time

Custom orders require processing time for parts sourcing, labor, testing, calibration, and programming.

Estimated processing time is 7–30 business days, depending on order complexity, parts availability, and current workload. Processing time begins once payment is received and is separate from shipping time.

Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Parts & Materials

Some services require components sourced from third-party suppliers. Parts procurement is a standard part of the processing timeline. Delays related to supplier availability are considered part of normal processing and do not constitute non-fulfillment.

6. Shipping

Shipping occurs only after processing and service completion. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are outside of our control once the package has been accepted by the carrier.

7. Customer Communication

Customers may contact us for order updates at any time. While updates may be provided during processing, the absence of frequent communication does not indicate an issue with the order.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled only before work has begun.

Once parts have been ordered, programming has started, or labor has been performed, orders become non-refundable due to the custom nature of the service.

Refunds will not be issued for delays that fall within the stated processing timeframe.

9. Customization & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details, mileage information, and specifications. 2Step Clusters is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact 2Step Clusters directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Orders fulfilled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including disclosed processing times and custom work, are considered valid transactions.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with the payment processor using provided documentation.

11. Limitation of Liability

2Step Clusters is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Modifications to Terms

2Step Clusters reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
